You can store your saw blades with a packaging size up to 320x 350mm. I use this one for my Mafell Erika 85, my Mafell KSP 85 and my Mafell KSS400 saw blades. You also got the possibility to have one saw blade mounted at the inside of the door for quick accessability.

Instructions

Use the "cutting list.pdf" to cut all the parts. Cut the pieces with Origin, the way you want, using Shaper Tape, Shaper, Workstation and or Shaper Plate. If you're using other hinges than BLUM Cliptop BLUMOTION 71B3550, use Plate and Hardware Catalogue to cut them into the door and in cabinet left side. Also be aware of the height and width to not interfere with mechanism plate left and the folding drawer. Use a chisel to cut the inserts for the mechanism plate left in cabinet bottom and cabinet top Decide how to connect the corners. I used Lamello to connect my 45° miter cabinet parts. Idea: Use the "Joint Basic" Mode of Origin Put all the cabinet pieces together. Do not forget the mechanism plate left. Glue in the bottom left and bottom right dowel. Put together the folding drawer. Insert the folding drawer. Use the top left and top right dowel to secure the folding drawer in the mechanism. Insert the 3mm chipboard separators. You're good to go!
