Materials
Scrap piece of MDF or plywood for the vertical piece jig
scraps of Hard Maple or similar material
brass inserts or similar with metric 6mm x 1.0 threads

Instructions
Cut the base and vertical pieces out first Cut the jig for the vertical piece possibly adding an offset for the pocket area so the vertical piece fits in to it tight the holes for the brass 6mm inserts are set to 11mm but do a test fit in scrap to make sure whatever you use will work The jig when on Workstation is a little low but does work
