The file is set for 9.35 mm material if your material is a different size then the cut depths will have to be adjusted accordingly as well as the recess in the top were the guide bushing nut goes on. If you are using the ver 2 for the Leigh jig then do not cut the outer 170mm circle in the file. Start with the 3.17mm hole right through the material and a small amount into your spoil board this is for alignment after the piece gets flipped over for the other cuts. Next is the 92.5mm recess 2.75 mm deep for guide bushing nut. The 92.5 mm will allow the raised flange on the base of the OF 1400 to fit into on the Lexan with the original base material removed. My piece of Lexan was irregular so the hole helped me in getting it exactly where it was. Flip the material over and continue with the rest of the cuts. The 2 machine screws are M6 X 1.0 holding the plate to the OF1400. These are slightly oversize to allow for the adjustment to center the guide bushing to the router. Finally run the the 60 deg engraving bit around the cuts to smooth out the edges.
