Instructions
Pretty easy to design, I used Fusion 360 for this one. The thickness can off course be changed, used 13 mm this time, internal depth of 10mm. The hinges I used were round 8 mm, to make sure the holes were exactly fitting I used a 8 mm router bit. For the internal side I used a 6mm for the edge and cleared out with a 8 mm to speed up the process.
