Here is my take on a bottle opener. I realized after the fact that there seems to be a few of this already published on here, but here's another.

Materials

• 2.25” x 7” (or 14” if making two) x ¾” to 1” thick hardwood.

• Epoxy Resin (I used Total Boat)

• Black Epoxy Dye

• Metal bottle opener insert (purchased)

• 6mm x 2mm Neodymium magnets (purchased)

Tools

• Shaper Origin

• Shaper Workstation (or comparable home-made device), along with an appropriate extension table made to support a 14” wide board. (I made one out of MDF, which was about 16” x 12”)

• ¼” x ¾” Router Bit (should have been included with your Shaper Origin)

• 1/8” x ½” Router Bit

• 1/16” x ½” Router Bit

• ½” x 1” Router Bit

• ½” Core Box Router Bit

• 1/8” or 3/16” Round Over Router Bit (to be used on router table)

Instructions

Detailed instructions are included in the files section as a PDF. All SVG files are included along with a drawing which is handy for referring to for cut depths.
