key rack is 290mm x 125mm (so anything a little bigger works)
mine was 25mm thick (the cutouts where the key chain goes into should be less than 10mm thick for it to sit on it well)

Instructions
I started by cutting the back first because it takes off a lot of material for the cut-outs (16mm bit and autopass pocket cut worked great for that). This key rack was attached to the wall by using two Keilverbinder single connectors. I left them in the file in case you want to do that too. Could also be secured any other way (like how people usually put things on a wall). The lettering was done with a 1mm bit and then filled with dyed repair care.
