Shapermade brass box hinges
This is what happens when box makers try thinking outside the box. Using Shaper to make my own stop hinges out of brass bar stock because... Well, just because Shaper can do it and this project proves it.

Materials
Wood for fixtures. One well dimensioned block - mine was 32mmx120mmxapprox 200mm
Brass bar 6.3mm square (1.4")
Brass rod 2mm diameter
Tools
Shaper Origin (obvs)
Workstation
1.5mm 2mm & 3mm upcut bits
1/8" point cutting roundover bit (Whiteside)
3mm 90degree chamfer bit for countersinking
