Instructions

For a run through on how to cut this tool holder, watch the linked YT video! * If you want to dial in the size/spec of the trays or if you would like to support my work then you can pick up fully parametric CNC files for this tool holder on my Etsy store: https://goto.hswdesign.co/hardware-tray-cad All my cut files and plans are free for those who join me over on Patreon 👉 https://goto.hswdesign.co/patreon ** Files also include an insert which can be used with the brackets to create a solo tray Parameters used in the hardware tray SVGs are: --- METRIC for 60mm and 80mm Cleat Thickness of ply used for wall cleat - 17.8mm Thickness of ply used for bracket - 9mm Height of cleat face - 80mm or 60mm Diameter of locking peg - 16mm Offset for locking peg - 0.1mm End-mill/bit diameter - 6mm End-mill/bit offset - 1mm Bin top projection - 80mm Front lean angle - 120 degrees Insert width - 80mm --- IMPERIAL for 3" and 2.5" cleats Thickness of ply used for wall cleat - 3/4” Thickness of ply used for bracket - 3/8" Height of cleat face - 3” Diameter of locking peg - 1/2” Offset for locking peg - 0.005” End-mill/bit diameter - 1/4” End-mill/bit offset - 0.02” Bin top projection - 2.5" Front lean angle - 120 degrees Insert width - 3" Quick note on zip files - I know these are annoying as you need to download and then re-upload to use with Origin. However there are a lot of files and this way there is less chance that you will cut with the wrong file!
