1" thick wood of choice (10" x 15")
Wooden Balls for noses
Decorations for hat toppers
Christmas wrapping or scrapbook paper
Microfiber Mop Pad
Glue stick
Hot glue

1/4" bit

Instructions
In the Workshop: Cut the three triangles with Origin. I did 3 passes with no offest. If you want to do an offset make sure to adjust the template to allow for it. The way I have it setup an offset will cut into the other triangle. Sand the triangles smooth on all sides, but leave the bottom squared off make sure it stands up. At the dinner table: Cut triangles of paper for the hats and use a glue stick to attach them. Use a hot glue gun to attach the beard, nose, and hat topper. Don't forget to name them. :-)
