5mm bit

1/16 bit and lastly a 1/32 bit

Instructions

I used 3M contact Cement to put two sheets of veneer together.. Then cut out all the triangle pieces (I cut a few extras just for safe measure). I cut the with 1/32 " down cut bit.. "Outside" the line with "Zero" Offset.. .055" deep (two passes first at .031). Once I had all the pieces to inlay.. I cut out the "Pocket" to put them in.. I started with 5mm bit; Inside.. then pocket. Then 1/16" Bit .55 deep- Offset "-.005".. Lastly 1/32" Bit-- .55 deep -- Offset "-.006".. Allow a bit extra for triangle pease to expand once in contact with the glue. NOTE: My picture has not been sanded or stained yet.
