This fixture is designed for a Staedtler Lumocolor Pen. I used it because this pen can write on any surface and the tip cant get demaged. If you use a different pen you need to adjust the inner diameter of the middle hole to fit your pen. The pen mount is spring loaded for uneven surfaces. For the top part i used 30mm birch plywood but you can also glue two 15mm sheets together. The bolts i used are 70mm long and have a M6 thread. The spring has a outer diameter of 9 mm and is 15 mm long. It is not very strong. For the middle part which is used to clamp the pen i used a 3,5x25 mm screw. Befor routing you have to drill a 4 mm and a 7,5 mm hole in the centre of the edge ofthe bord and make a cut using a bandsaw or a tablesaw. For the measurements look at the last photo. To use the pen you have to make the Z-Touch manually and then make an aircut. Diese Halterung ist für einen Staedtler Lumocolor konzipiert. Ich habe ihn verwendet, weil dieser Stift auf jeder Oberfläche schreiben kann und die Spitze nicht beschädigt werden kann. Wenn Sie einen anderen Stift verwenden, müssen Sie den Innendurchmesser des mittleren Lochs an Ihren Stift anpassen. Die Stifthalterung ist federnd, um Unebenheiten auf der Fläche auszugleichen. Für den oberen Teil habe ich 30 mm dickes Multiplex verwendet, man kann aber auch zwei 15 mm dicke Platten zusammenleimen. Die von mir verwendeten Schrauben sind 70 mm lang und haben ein M6 Gewinde. Die Feder hat einen Außendurchmesser von 9 mm und ist 15 mm lang. Sie ist nicht sehr stark. Für das Mittelteil, das zum Festklemmen des Stifts dient, habe ich eine 3,5x25 mm Schraube verwendet. Vor dem Fräsen müssen Sie ein 4 mm und ein 7,5 mm Loch in der Mitte der Plattenkante bohren und mit einer Bandsäge oder einer Tischkreissäge einen Einschnitt machen. Für die Maße schauen Sie sich das letzte Foto an. Um den Stift zu verwenden müssen Sie den Z-Touch manuell durchführen und einen Aircut ausführen.
