I used the first mft file to drill holes in my worktop. I made the second file so I could add matchfit dovetail groves. Since the dovetail has to start outside of the workbench (plunging) I made the rectangles larger than the original size. I also put some rectangles in the top right hand corner to position the file at -1"and -1". I have NOT tested this yet but am sharing since there is some interest.

Instructions

Drill holes with 16mm bit (8mm collett). Dado the matchfit dovetail grooves with 1/4" bit first followed by 14 degree dovetail (recommend the one from matchfit). If you get one with 8 mm shank, you will not need to change collets for all three operations.
