The box is the principle foundation of most woodworking projects. The vast majority of woodworking techniques stem from the box–from kitchen cabinets to armoires, from dining table bases to desks. Master the box, and the rest of the furniture world becomes your oyster. This box project introduces the rabbet–a pivotal joint in cabinetry–as well as embellishment techniques such as letter engraving and inlay, all using Shaper Origin.
