Nevado de Toluca Wall Sculpture

This is just a wall decoration. The mountain/volcano it represents is Located in Mexico, Toluca. It doesnt take allot of skill to build but allot of time about 4 to 5 hours of continues work. The sculpture is 300 mm tall 281 wide and 68mm high. All the parts are placed in a way so you have the lowest amount of trash. The assembly doesnt require any glue.

Any material that is 4.5mm thick

Tools

Shaper Origin, 3mm diameter cutter

Instructions

Add dogbones in every corner before you cut the pieces out. Cut out all the pieces and i recommend to lable every part with a number on a piece of tape or something so you dont need to really puzzle later. For assembly you start with number 1 (labled in the svg in blue) on the bottom after that you add numer 2 to 16 from the left to the right and parts 17 to 30 from the bottom starting after part one at the bottom upwards.
