Materials

19" x 22" piece of 3/4" MDF

Tools

Origin

1/4 cutter

engraving bit

drill/driver

countersink bit

Instructions

pretty straight forward build. use the engraving bit to put a small chamfer on the MFT holes and it'll look classy & while you're at it, you can mark the screw locations to skip the layout process. Pre drill the full length of your screw to avoid splitting the edge of MDF. This is designed to cut grooves in 45º miters but it could be reconfigured for other angles. This jig doesn't do anything different than any other spline jig, but it does have clamping holes and it looks cool. enjoy check me out on instagram @beck_makes
