Instructions

My First Project! 5/8" MDF Used, cut in two passes with an 1'8" bit included with shaper. started with .40" depth and finished with .640" I copied the single bunny with the shaper to the quantity I needed, and updated the svg file and added one with 12 on one file This is optional but i used a scrap piece of 3/4" ply to lay down my shaper tape, then stuck a piece of 1/4" ply below that on my table for a backer then taped the MDF to that. i can then reuse the board with the shaper tape because i never cut into it. I also had to place the shapes inset far enough into the panel so that the shaper would not tip when getting too close to the edge because of the 1/8" difference in height. easily fixed if you do this on one even surface. Used double sided tape to line the bottom of the sheet to keep blanks from moving when cut free. Placed the panel on the backer and started copying my shapes. file can be scaled on shaper to desired size. mine came out to be 3.294"x 1.700" I gave them a quick sanding with the random orbit while stuck to the backer board and it eased the frayed edges, then gave each one a quick sanding on the back, and had to clean up the side on some of them where you could see the line from the first cut.
