Shaper Origin, tools to construct end grain boards
First, if you are following my example, it's built using 100% end grain panels. Edge or face grains panels would be far easier though. Don't mix types though! Take your time, use down cut spirals for all edges, up cut spirals for pockets. 1/16" down cut spirals was small enough to get into all curves, when the image is scaled to 10" height. Careful when scaling the height larger than 10 inches. Any bigger may cause issues when making the large B pocket, and you may need to extend the base to avoid having the router fall into the pocket.
