Instructions
All dimensions were derived from caliper measurements on actual tools. Use adequate offsets for all progressive cuts and converge on final dimensions based on dry fitting. Important to check all fits prior to removing stock from Workstation. - Front Tray (temporary holding tray while cutting). Depth = 0.15” - Wrench Tray (friction-fit cut). Depth = 0.625” - Rectangular Collate Tray. Depth = 0.50” - Hex Wrench Hole. Depth = 0.65” - Bit Holes. Depth = 0.625” (If you have 1/8” bits, be sure to reduce some hole diameters).
