Instructions

The leveling screws recesses should have a thickness of .1 inch as does the outside lip. I only had to make very light passes around the perimeter with some 800 grit to make a perfect fit in the throat hole. Toolpaths I used: 1/8" End Mill 1) Through Cut riving blade slot Inside Cut 2) .25" deep Inside Cut for blade (to help blade when cutting through first time) 1/4" End Mill 1) Through cut the screw access holes (Helix) 2) Pocket Cut the screw access recesses (leaving .10" in Z axis) 3) Inside Cut with no offset the screw access recesses 4) Outside Cut Lip no offset (inside most perimeter line) (leaving .10" in Z axis) 5) Outside Cut outer most perimeter no offset full depth
