This is a simple light sconce using glulaminated timber, anchored to the wall by Knapp Walco V60-Wall Connectors. The shape of the sconce is based on the Golden Ratio, used in ancient Greek design. The Golden Ratio is found in all of nature. The precision cuts were made possible by the Shaper Origin. The curved cuts could not cut deep enough with the Shaper Origin, so had to resort a bandsaw. Final sanding with a Festool Rotex RO 125
