These svg files were created in Shaper Studio. The artwork and the fonts used are all included in Studio. When choosing a font to use with a 1/16th bit in Studio, it is helpful to select "Plan View" and set the bit width to 1/16th or 0.0625 and see if the font selected will work with your chosen bit. If not, you need to either choose a different bit or a different font. Sometimes, I find it very helpful to use a slight negative offset on some fonts. The outer square is only included in the SVG file for alignment purposes. Once the grid is created with the anchor point set at lower left and position set to 0,0, it is easy to place the design in the correct place. So far, I have created around 10 sets of 4 to give for Christmas or housewarming presents. My coasters have been rubbed with Oddie's Oil for the finish.
