Materials
16 1/2 x 4 1/2 solid wood
Epoxy if desired
Tools
Shaper Origin
1/8" and 1/4" bit
Sander
Instructions
Locate, mark or anchor your piece to you can return it to the same location through out the process. Cut all designs out first using the 1/8" bit, apply 2 coats of shellac, after it dries apply epoxy to fill the designs. Sand completely after epoxy dries (Easier to sand while they are in 1 board). Return to shaper and use the 1/4" bit to cut out coasters.
