Corner Radius Template

I made mine out of 1/4" HDPE because I had it but I think 1/2" would be better so the dowels have more support. Clamp it down and grab a template bit with your hand router and knock off those corners. Similar to other jigs out there but this one has 4 radius's on one fixture so it save's a bit of space. You could also put the fixture below the workpiece and use a flush trim bit. Pretty happy that I designed this with Shaper Labs
