This is a beautiful lounger chair that is comfortable, sturdy, and timeless. I made mine out of 3/4" walnut but I would suggest using 1" thick material in the future. (If you do, remember to adjust the design details).

1. Use the "body" files to optimally layout the pieces on the boards. (I took pictures of the boards and placed them in the design files so that I could optimize the grain and avoid imperfections. 2. Cut out all the pieces with the Origin 3. Cut in all mortise and tenons 3. Sand and smooth all pieces (a spindle sander helps here) 4. Fit and glue each of the sides 5. Cut and place the bow ties in the arm rests with the Origin 6. Complete the remaining assembly 7. Finish with OSMO Polyx Oil 8. Upholster
