Instructions

*** disclaimer*** This my first posted project (with files) to ShaperHub so they are not perfect. Your constructive feedback is appreciated. bobwiley8870@gmail.com Cut 1pc of plywood @ 12” x 23 (this will be your scanned workspace) Sides Place both sides on your scanned workspace using a LH bottom anchor. The grid size doesn’t really matter as we are only using it to locate 0,0. The file is designed to “run off the bottom (cleat end) so none of those pathways are actually cut. Starting at 0,0 corner start cutting the outside at 1/4” depth. You will notice that 1.5” in, the pathway intersects another pathway (this is because the cleat design is separate to the side/arm design) simply retract the bit and move forward slightly to activate the next path. Cut the complete file. Lower bit to complete depth (.482” worked great for me). Complete second pass. Roundover top, front, and bottom. Sand Front Place FRONT file beside your side cutouts (you can eliminate this step if you did all your layouts in step 1). You don’t have to be too picky here for placement as we are only cutting the middle dispenser hole, and we will trim the plywood after. Cut first pass at 1/4” Cut second pass at full depth (.482”) Trim plywood to 6” x 13” Roundover the hole and the top Sand Bottom Cut plywood to 8” x 13” Sand Assemble and glue (if you want too)
