Instructions

Even though puzzling has its charm, here are a few words about the files: The frame (oak in the picture) for the puzzle is milled from the 140mm x 120mm x 10mm workpiece. The 10x10cm field is milled as deep as the cheese pieces should later be thick, in the example 5mm. The space for the mouse chip is milled to the same depth. In the picture, the cheese pieces are made of ash wood. The ‘starting position’ and the lettering can then be milled in as preferred using the engraving bit. The cheese pieces with the mouse can all be found as individual files or under ‘Components together’, but you can get more out of the wood when placing them individually and, depending on the cutter diameter. If you don't like sanding or don't want to rework the corners with a chisel, you should mill the frame for the game board 0.5 mm larger. Have fun tinkering! :)
