Large Kids Building Blocks
Large building blocks (lego type) timber cls 63 X 38 mm cut at 152mm lenthgs. Using a 12.7mm cutter. Cut the top with the lugs using "Top 4 Peg Shaper.Svg" To a depth of 10mm (i done it one pass) Cut he sqaure oultine 1st and the the outside of the holes next. For the underside, using the 12.7mm cutter cut the 4 holes to 11mm deep using the helix function. I made a little jig to hold the blocks in place, should not take more than 8mins per block.........................enjoy!
