Restored a block from 1900 sailing vessel - files requested by a fellow shaper who has to build the same thing - probably not much interest to everyone else

Materials

Hardwood ( Iroko , beech, ash) 29mm and 24mm which but depends on the block you are making.

Through bolts or copper pins

Instructions

Shape the inserts on the spindle sander once the block is compile and glue set. The bolts or pins are only there as a backup to the glue.
