Elliptical tray made from leftovers.
Use the scaling feature to adopt it to your piece of wood.

walnut 220 x 65 mm or any other piece of wood
SO and a 6 or 8 mm router bit
SO Workstation (optional)
I prefer to fasten the piece of wood I want to work on with a pair of screws instead of double sided tape. Especially with such a small surface it is safer then tape. Depends on the surface you use on the work station as well.
Just cut it, sand it and use oil and wax to make it look and feel nice.
Update: the pics show a distortion due to the wide angle lens. The side is strict upright.
