Found a piece of steel for an opener on Amazon, which already was shown in ShaperHub. I wanted to equip it with a handle. So I made a few.

Materials

Hard wood, allowing 60mm diameter, 18 to 30mm thick

Steel has 39mm diameter

Tools

Shaper Origin,

Router bit 6mm

Shaper Workstation

Lathe for turning the handle (optional)

Instructions

Used Shaper Origing and workstation to make the head, made a handle with the lathe and drilled a hole to insert the handle. Made two samples without a handle, because the knob cut out with the router gives enough grip to open a bottle. Use min. 8mm cutting depth for the cut out, can be more, depending on your choice of wood. In the SVG file you find the tolerances I found, might be different! So start with 39mm and add some negative offset to enlarge, until the piece of steel fits.
