Sehr schöner großer Untersetzer für Töpfe. Durch seine Gitterstruktur ist er sehr leicht und mit dem gravierbaren Inlay in der Mitte wird er zu einen persönlichen Geschenk. Instructions
Als erstes platziere ich das Modell so das ich die beiden Inlays graviere und mit einen 3mm Fräser aus dem Ahorn Brett heraus fräse. Jetzt platziere ich das Modell mittig auf das Brett für den Untersetzer und fräse die Taschen für die Inlays passgenau und etwa 0.5 mm tiefer wie das Inlay ist damit es etwas versenkt wird. Aussenkontur zu 100% der Werkstück Tiefe fräsen. Nuten zu 50% der Werkstück Tiefe fräsen. Werkstück wenden und um 90 Grad drehen. Modell mittig platzieren und Nuten zu 50% der Werkstück Tiefe fräsen. First I place the model so that I engrave the two inlays and mill them out of the maple board with a 3mm cutter. Now I place the model in the middle of the board for the coaster and mill the pockets for the inlays to fit exactly and about 0.5 mm deeper than the inlay so that it is sunk a little. Mill the outer contour to 100% of the workpiece depth. Mill grooves to 50% of the workpiece depth. Turn the workpiece and turn it 90 degrees. Place the model in the middle and mill grooves to 50% of the workpiece depth.
