Materials

(1) - 1/2 baltic birch ply - 9.5" wide 4.5" tall

(2) - 1/2 baltic birch ply - 9.5" wide 3" tall

1/4" upcut endmill cutter (I used Diablo/Freud)

1/16" end mill for pre-drilling holes on back (Shaper engraving bit optional)

(8) - #6x1" screws

(4) - #6x3/4" screws

Tools

Origin and standard shop tools for sizing lumber pieces.

Instructions

Tape part to shelf and zero with support bar. Set grid to however you like and orient anchor to lower left. Place all objects at 0,0. Pass 1: 4mm @ .02" offset Pass 2: 8mm @ .02" offset Pass 3: 13mm @ .01" offset Pass 4: 13mm @ 0" offset For assembly, glue and clamp the parts in place and let dry fully. After that you can finish drill and countersink holes from the back for a clean look. Be careful mark drill depth and use appropriate length screws. I used eight #6x1 for inside screws and four #6x3/4 for outside screws. When making the back, only cut holes as a "pre-drill" to length of cutter for 1/16" bit. These are only locating guides. Use cordless drill or drill press to finish pre-drill and add countersinks. If you don't have a 1/16" cutter, use the Shaper engraving bit with a .1" depth to mark hole locations. Change height of back if desired for longer tools.
