.25" and/or .125" cutter depending on the file selected
Instructions
The only difference in the two files is the size of the cutter used for the corner reliefs. The .125 relief file will required a longer than normal .125 cutter to reach the whole depth of the 3/4" ply. A little glue on the joints and this thing is plenty ridged.
