Materials
I used a piece of oak which was left over in the dimensions of 314mm x 108mm x 25mm.
You may use whatever is available.

Instructions
I cut all the rectangular parts as POCKETS with a 6mm cutter. The round wholes for the collets where cut with the 8mm and 16mm clearing cutter. These cutter sizes enables the HELIX mode, which makes it very easy to cut the wholes. First I cut the inner and deeper wholes with the 8mm cutter in HELIX mode. After that I used the 16mm cutter, again in HELIX mode, to drill the wider whole. In case you don't have a 16mm cutter, you can still make use of the POCKET mode to clear the wider wholes with a 8mm cutter.
