5mm O-Flute bit. Other end-mills should work, but need to be under 1/4"/6mm for the screw holes. The Shaper 1/8" cutter should be fine given how thin the material is.

Simplest instructions: Cut part Replace current shelf with this one Published the studio design here: https://hub.shapertools.com/design/68ac7d3f3dcc784d83c809e9 This design was a marriage of two different Shaper published designs, the Shelf Upgrade Kit layout was used for the mounting hole pattern and the 48mm on-center 20mm dog hole pattern came from a different shelf design. Depths are coded for 1/2" Corian (or plywood/MDF.) I use this with 1" double sided tape, which holds *very* well on the Corian compared with MDF. Typically I use a 1/8" plywood sheet as a spoilboard, depending on what you cut, thicker MDF/ply may be more to your liking.
