I used some 21mm thick hardwood. But its really up to you. What did you prefer?

First cut the Pocket for the Bottle Opener.
( Optional you can ingrave it with anythink that you like)
Then cut the outline.
Drill the holes for the opener.
Screw it in.
Open your beer.
Done
