Instructions

1. Scan and grid your workpiece 2. Place the file with the distance that you want from the edge of your door. 3. Cut the entire POCKET with an 18mm cutter and a depth of 15mm/0.629inch. Adjust depth passes, if you only have smaller cutters available. 4. Change POCKET to INSIDE path and cut it. 5. Change INSIDE path to GUIDE to make sure that you don't use this path by mistake again. 6. Insert the handlebar milling cutter. Don't forget to Z touch. 7. First set the offset to -2,5mm / 0.098inch 8. Cut both smaller paths one after another to complete the full recessed grip. IMPORTANT: Plunge in the center area to prevent damaging your grip while plunging. 9. Set the offset now too -4,8mm/0,188inch 10. Repeat step 8. 11. Set the offset now too -5mm/0,1968inch 12. Repeat step 8 for a perfect finish. You're done! You can slightly sand the grip and finish it with oil depening on your material. This recessed handle is inspired by Holzrausch.de
