for cutting through the material I used a 2 mm Single flute upcut spiral bit. for the pockets a 6 mm. Pocket cuts to receive the guides are 1,5 mm deep Make sure before use to press the guide firm against the rail before tightening the screws. The fit should be already tight from the start.
