Bending Form:

(4) 3/8" x 2" dowel rod

(3) 9" x 6" x 3/4" MDF

Base:

(1) 8" x 5.25" x 3/16" hardwood (cherry preferred)

Lamination Strips:

(4) 8/4 x 8" x 1/16" hardwood (cherry preferred)
