This is a template for creating cribbage boards Playing surface: Cut holes 1/2" deep with 1/8" bit Use engraving bit to cut the outlines Peg compartment: Flip your board over so the bottom is facing up. Place the crib board door file on your workpiece so that part of the image is actually off the workpiece. The entire inside rectangle needs to be fully on the workpiece. The square part of the outer rounded rectangle needs to be hanging off the side of the workpiece Using the 1/4" spiral bit, cut an inside cut deep enough so that you have at least 1/8" of material remaining on the top of the board. Check to make sure your pegs fit nicely in that slot. Using the slot cutter bit, start at the part which is outside your workpiece and cut inside the line at a depth which leaves about an 1/8" lip for your door to slide under. Using your table saw and planer cut a thin strip just slightly thinner than the thickness of your slot cutter. Using origin and the crib board door svg file again, cut the thin strip using an outside the line cut with a slight negative offset. You want the door to be snug but not impossible to open. If the door is too sticky then sand it until it slides nicely.
