Dust Cyclone Base With Casters

This is a wheel base for a cyclone dust separator. It comes standard with three casters that bolt to the bottom of the bucket but that was very unstable. I made this to hold the bucket lower to the ground (with adjustability), a wider stance, and four wheels instead of three.

Instructions

After assembling the bottom of the wood is around 2-1/2” from the bottom of the bucket. You can modify this by making the hole slightly smaller with an offset. I added some danish oil to the wood to help protect it.
