This project is for a table saw insert with replaceable Zero Clearance Inserts. (sized for a Grizzly Table Saw)

Materials

•(1 piece) 15mm Baltic Birch +/- 4" x 14" [100mm x 355mm]

•(2 pcs.) Plastic laminate (Formica) +/- 5" x 15" [127mm x 380mm] and contact cement

•(4) Neodymium magnets (1/8" x 1/2" round) [3x12mm]

•(4) threaded inserts with machine screws (bugle head...aka countersunk type)

These should be small...#8 screw or similar

•Replaceable insert material...1/4" MDF or similar

•Shaper Origin

•Table saw

•Drum sander

•Edge or belt sander

•Drill Press or hand drill

•Forstner drill bits to match magnet diameter
