Yet another easy project to make with shaper Origin. Cut time should not take any more than 90 mins. However, it may take the entire weekend for prepping, finishing, and assembling. Please help me creating more projects like this by subscribing to my channel. Thanks

There's hindsight in this instruction, so please read the entire thing. There's also a YouTube video for the entire process. There are things that I wish that I've done differently. If you have a better way to approach this project, please leave me a comment. Thanks - Cut all of the pieces starting with pocket cut then perimeter cut. Make all of the pocket cuts 13.5mm deep and 1mm wider than thickness of stock (hindsight). This allows for easier fit and room all around the joints for glue. I didn't leave enough room for glue on mine. It fits very well, the chair squeaks whenever I sat on it. - Allow additional 1mm around the slot cut as well. This is for the dame reason as above. This means that the pieces you cut will be about 2mm (overall) smaller than the file I prepared for you. This will not cause any problem at all (Mine was 1mm smaller, but it wasn't enough. - Round all of the edges (except slots and pockets) with router bit of your choice. - Sand all plywood edges with sander and lightly sand surfaces - Hand sand all pieces once again with fine sand paper - The next step, you can switch the order if you see fit. - Finish plywood surfaces with finishing product of you choice (I took this path, but wonder if I should've done it the other way around) - Assemble the chair with glue (hindsight: glue with the chair upside down so that glue stays inside the pocket, less runs) Enjoy!! Quick note: On file name "Scale Rib 1.svg" and "Scale Rib 2.svg", I purposely made the male slot 18mm tall instead of 13mm. I like the way that the backrest is pulled away from the rib structure (depicted in one of the photos)
