Instructions

First, double tape down ply and place shaper tape in the middle section of where circle will be. Cut out the entire perimeter of the circle keeping the shaper oriented toward the center tape. Next, start at the roots and cut the entire bottom portion out before moving to the leaves to save on tape and retaping. Once roots are done move to the top. First pass on plywood using 1/8 upcut and .01 offset at .23 depth Second pass using 1.8 mm and 0 offset at .27 depth Cut 1/2 MDF backing, letters, and hearts **I used the bottom/backside of the plywood as my face after cutting. There was less tear out.
