My version of the Paulk bench. 20mm holes, 96mm on center for Festool and other attachments. The table is 4'x6', with 10" sides. Side are cut out for easy access, storage, and lighten the weight.

3/4" plywood or MDF top 1/2" plywood sides and middle supports 1/4" or 1/2" plywood bottom Kreg pocket jig
shaper origin tracksaw or table saw
Cut the top to 4x6. Set your grid to the sides of the plywood to center top file. Place top file on top and cut using helix cut for all the holes. Do the same for the sides. Screw sides together, screw top on using pocket screws.
