Systainer Board.svg
I used 12mm plywood, the pockets for the systainers have to be 9mm deep - so pick a board that takes that into consideration
Shaper Origin
Based on a 3D printed set of brackets you are able to place these underneath a board that can be clamped onto a T-Lock Systainer. Find the 3D parts here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2021335 The 2mm holes in the pockets that have to be cut 9mm deep to accommodate the Systainer should be marked with the Shaper and then drilled through as pilot holes for the screws that will be attached under the board later to insure a perfect fitment. I have not connected the outlines of the 3 systainers - first its easier to modify to your own purposes and secondly I stopped cutting a bit shy on the edges in order to keep the element in the board to ensure a secure routing procedure and then cut them with a track saw to free the board. The 3D printed parts include a 5th little know that secures the T-Lock, if the board is that thin it will collide with the locking mechanism of the box on top, I placed it a bit aside and it still holds onto the board. Spacers may also help tp raise the board ...maybe something to fix later.
