This file has all the pieces needed to make a cornhole set. You can cut directly with the shaper, or use to make templates. The pieces are spaced .25 apart so that one cut will take care of two edges in one go. All holes are carefully placed and sized for 3/8ths hardware. Hand grips are added to the side frame. Construction is completed with glue and pocket screws.

Shaper origin, trim router, 1/4" round over bit, pocket hole jig. 3/8" stainless bolts, washers, and lock nuts.

Instructions

Cut with 1/4" upcut bit, finish with a 1/4 roundover bit. Finish construction with pocket screws and 3/8" stainless bolts and lock nuts. 2" bolts work perfectly. These boards were wrapped with vinyl, but for competition boards, you may want to orient the grain of the boards vertically to meet competition standards.
