Instructions

1. Mill a large contour with a depth of approx. 5.1-5.2mm. If necessary, the contour must be expanded a little so that the leg fits. Just try.. 2. Mill the front contour with the depth corresponding to the thickness of your table top. (the smaller the cutter, the less manual work is required) 3. Inner corner must be rounded off by hand with a chisel and arrows. Radius approx. 4-5mm. 4. The radius on your tabletop should be about 8-10mm to match that of the leg. Unfortunately, the bending process (of the leg) did not create a perfect radius, so you have to try something to get a flush surface. 1. Große Kontur mit einer Tiefer von ca. 5,1-5,2mm fräsen. Ggf. muss die Kontur etwas erweitert werden damit das Bein passt. Einfach ausprobieren.. 2. Vordere Kontur mit der Tiefe entsprechend der Stärke deiner Tischplatte fräsen. (je kleiner der Fräser, des do weniger Handarbeit ist erforderlich) 3. Innere Ecke muss per Hand mit Stechbeitel und Pfeile abgerundet werden. Radius ca. 4-5mm. 4. Der Radius an deiner Tischplatte sollte etwa 8-10mm betragen um zu dem vom Bein zu passen. Leider ist durch den Biegeprozess kein perfekter Radius entstanden, sodass man etwas ausprobieren muss um eine Bündige Fläche hinzubekommen.
