Instructions
Cut Bus. Size holes for metal dowel rod (axels). Cut wheels, round on lathe or by hand. Cut Board, do not cut slot for fin all the way through, only .4" deep. Cut fin and sand to fit then glue. Epoxy wheels as last step!
