fits all pieces (15 roads, 4 cities, 5 settlements) and your building card. Only reason I put intermediate is the amount of bit changes that occur, and adjusting offsets. Unfortunately these are not the same size as the board hexes but they will still look fantastic while playing the game!

Instructions

**all dimensions are in inches My process: -cut the cities, settlements, and roads with the 1/8" bit to a depth of 1/8" with a negative .019 offset -cut the same to a depth of .25" with the same offset -pocket out the cities and settlements with the 1/8" bit to the .25" depth -switch to the 1/16" bit and recut the cities, settlements, and roads with a negative .020" offset and .25" depth (just to square up the corners) -cut the card holder slot with a 0 offset at 1/16" passes until a depth of .25" then do a final .25" depth cut with a negative .011 offset. -switch to the V bit and cut the text to your desired depth. I did .015" which was enough to paint and sand but if you were doing an epoxy infill I'd probably go a little deeper. -switch to the 1/4" bit and cut out the hex, or cut the hex using another method if you desire. I apologize for all the negative offsets but this was definitely a trial and error project and I never went back to the file to adjust the pocket sizes, instead I wrote down what worked. The cities, roads, settlements, and card holder slot should all be inside cuts. I made the text an outside cut, as well as the hex. Overall dimension of the holder is about 4" from side to side, and roughly 4.5" from corner to corner. Due to the small tolerances between each pocket I opted for maple but any hardwood should be fine. The examples in the pictures are 1/2" thick. The only thing I might do differently is cut the settlement pockets a little more shallow (maybe 1/8"), since they might be difficult to remove depending on your finger size. If you have never cut a negative offset, just hit the - before entering your offset. Please comment with questions I will be happy to answer them!
